I don’t know about you but I get so angry sometimes when I see so much misinformation and hype surrounding the subject of losing weight and getting rid of fat around the stomach and thighs because the truth is it is entirely possible to do so when you know what to do and how to go about it.
But before we go into what is possible for you here are some myths that you need to know about so that you don’t go down the wrong road and end up blaming yourself for it.
Q. Is it possible to lose fat around your inner thighs using exercise?
A. No! – Not only is it not possible – it has been clinically proven to be not possible – check out my video to find out why!
Q. Is it possible to lose fat around your inner thighs using diet?
A.No ! – because diets do not work – IN THE LONG TERM…and it is the long term we are concerned with. It is no use starting a diet, and it work for a while in the short term when all the evidence proves that in the long term anyone who loses weight has a greater than 73% chance of piling that weight back on again and more besides. But you don’t need me to explain that to you because you know it in your heart of hearts already.
Q. Is it possible to target a specific area of the body using exercise to get rid of fat in that area?
A. No! – For the simple reason that exercising a certain area of the body such as arms or legs will only ever strengthen and lengthen the muscle or muscle groups in that area. If you have a layer of fat covering that particular area then no amount of exercise will make it disappear and if you have ever tried to do so, then you know I am speaking the truth.
Okay, let’s forget about all this negativity and find out what does work.
The number one thing that will allow you to reduce your fat in problem areas is to completely change your nutritional intake because good nutrition is the key that allows your body to speed up its metabolism and a hot metabolism will burn away those excess pounds even in the area of your thighs and even when you are asleep…
The number two thing that will allow you to finally get rid of inner thigh fat without the use of diet or exercise is a specific massage routine on that area because fat is fat whether it is being heated up in a frying pan or being broken up and heated up using the latent kinetic energy in your body. All fat is subject to the laws of physics.
The number three thing that will allow you to enjoy a slim toned figure is exercise that has an ulterior motive. When exercise has an ulterior motive it stops becoming boring and routine. It can even become exciting. Let me explain…During the period of Lent when people give up things, they do it not to lose weight but to abstain from the things they love for the greater good of their soul. The ulterior motive makes it more bearable and even easy.
People who have a desire to learn to dance and take lessons rarely put on weight, in fact dancers are generally the most toned and fit people in society but they never set out to exercise, they set out to learn to dance – as a byproduct of dancing – they exercised which made them slim and toned but they never noticed the exercise because they were enjoying themselves so much. Do you see the subtle difference.
Dancing is sociable, romantic even, chic, stylish and open to everyone.
